Nestled next to the foothills, Arista’s numerous parks, open spaces, and recreational activities will keep you on the move. Leave your car behind and walk to nightlife, dining, entertainment, concerts, and community events at the heart of Arista, the 1stBank Center (formerly the Broomfield Event Center).
If the outdoors are more of your style, take your favorite running trail thoughout the development, warm yourself at the outdoor fire pit, or spend a casual afternoon at the dog park. Of course, the dancing water fountain puts on an impressive show, as well. There’s lots of play time at Arista.

1STBANK Center
Arista’s 1STBANK Center hosts 50-70 events a year. The venue can hold up to 7,500 people for a concert event.
Arista Parks
The six parks at Arista are all carefully planned and each has a distinctive character. Arista Park is ‘the gathering place’ for visitors and residents of Arista. The Park is a two-block main centerpiece to Arista Place, representing a modern interpretation of a traditional town square incorporating a performing water feature, outdoor fireplace, and festival banners. Various levels create spaces for gatherings of different sizes ranging from farmer’s markets and concerts to places for quiet conversations.
