Arista is owned by Park 36 Investments, LLC, a wholly-owned entity of Wiens Real Estate Ventures, LLC (WREV), a real estate investment and development company.
WREV is based in the Interlocken Business Park in Broomfield and represents more than 20 years of investment and commitment in Broomfield and the surrounding Denver metropolitan area and northern Colorado.
For the past ten years, Wiens Real Estate Ventures has been in the process of developing over 2,000 acres of property in six different projects. Residential projects are highlighted by a 1,200 lot development in northern Colorado and the Villas at Cherry Creek Country Club in Denver, a high-end private country club with a Jack Nicklaus designed golf course and spa. Commercial and retail activity is highlighted by Arista, Country Club Village, and various single and multi-tenant buildings, as well as various hotel properties. In all, these projects represent over $400 million of residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, and mixed-use real estate. WREV has managed over $280 million construction in commercial buildings and infrastructure projects and over $10 million in tenant improvements.
Arista is located virtually halfway between downtown Denver and Boulder, and is a short 15-20 minute drive to either.
