Arista is owned by Park 36 Investments, LLC, an entity wholly-owned by Wiens Real Estate Ventures, LLC.
Tim Wiens and the Wiens Group represent more than 20 years of investment and commitment in Broomfield and the surrounding area. Following the sale of FirsTier Bank after decades of family ownership, Wiens chose to re-charter the bank with Broomfield as its home. Wiens currently serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of FirsTier Bank of Broomfield.
In addition to Arista and FirsTier Bank, Wiens is the principal owner of the Wiens Group, a family-owned private investment firm with activities including commercial and residential real estate development, residential construction, restaurant operations, related financial and management services. |
