Kevin Taylor Brings New Steakhouse
to the aloft Hotel at Arista

Renowned chef’s newest restaurant location will be his seventh in Colorado

Broomfield, CO (March, 2009) – The developers of Arista, Broomfield’s new mixed-use, transit-oriented development, along with native Coloradoan and renowned chef Kevin Taylor, are pleased to announce a new Kevin Taylor Restaurant Group concept to be known as Kevin Taylor Steak. The steakhouse will be Taylor’s seventh restaurant location in Colorado and will occupy 5,342 square feet on the corner of Colony Row and Arista Place. Set to open in September 2009, Kevin Taylor Steak will serve dinner nightly. The restaurant will feature a full-service bar, lounge area, private event space and catering within aloft Hotel.

With a diverse portfolio of restaurants and catering operations located in downtown Denver and a seasonal restaurant in Central City, the Kevin Taylor Restaurant Group is expanding the brand by moving north to Broomfield and recognizing a dream of a relaxed, modern steakhouse. While Kevin Taylor Steak will be upscale in terms of its high quality menu offerings and expansive wine list, it will be the kind of restaurant that welcomes families, locals, and travelers -- in jeans and ties alike.
