Proto’s Pizzeria will be the first restaurant to open at Arista, and will be located at the western end of 8001 Arista Place. Proto’s serves true Neapolitan pizza pie and has received critical acclaim. For nine years now, Pam Proto (with her bakers and staff) has been tossing and serving great pizza. They are dedicated to the belief that it is the best pizza you will ever eat. Arista is the chain’s sixth and newest location.
