- Arista is located immediately south of the Interlocken office park in the northwest Denver metropolitan area
- The Highway 36 corridor has been referred to as the "Rocky Mountain Silicon Valley" and boasts a strong list of important users, including major employers such as Level 3 Communications, Corporate Express, Sun Microsystems and Hunter Douglas.
- Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport, a major general aviation facility for corporate and private air transportation, is within one half-mile of Arista.
- Daytime population is very strong, with about 173,000 people working within three miles of the site and the 10-mile population is approximately 644,000.
- The projected influx of over 90,000 new residents to the primary and secondary trade areas over the next decade is estimated to generate demand for over 2.5 million additional square feet of retail and leisure floor space during this period. This project is ideally located to serve the growing residential subdivisions within its close proximity.
- Household incomes are high, with an average of $89,987 per household within three miles of the site.
- The residential population in this trade area is projected to grow by 14% over the next five years.
- Arista is located virtually halfway between downtown Denver and Boulder, and is a short 15-20 minute drive to either.
Completion Schedule:
- Sites are available for vertical construction.
- Residential construction has begun on townhomes, condos, apartments and live/work lofts.
- May 2008 is the targeted competion date for the first commercial building at 8001 Arista Place (retail and office).
- Construction of many of the parks in the community are underway, with Redpoint Ridge Park open in December 2007.
- Residential occupany began December 2007.
