ARCA biopharma will take 15,000 square feet

Broomfield, CO (March) – The developers of Arista, Broomfield’s new mixed-use, transit-oriented development, are pleased to announce that ARCA biopharma will be the first office tenant to occupy at Arista Place. The growing biopharmaceutical company is relocating from south Denver and will take 15,000 square feet of space on the second floor at the 8001 Arista Place office building.

“We’ve seen tremendous interest among office users -- even prior to the ConocoPhillips announcement to locate along the very active I-36 corridor -- and as a result we’re right on schedule with our leasing rates and timing,” said Tim Wiens. “We’re very pleased to welcome ARCA to Arista, as a biopharmaceutical company is a good fit and a welcome addition to Broomfield.”

ARCA, along with expected additional tenant signings, will put Arista’s office space at 80 percent occupancy prior to the completion of construction.
