  The Arista Development Team

Barsocchi and Company, Inc.
Development Management

With over 25 years in real estate development and related businesses, Edward Barsocchi launched Barsocchi & Company, Inc., in June 2006, after 11 years with Lowe Enterprises, most recently as Senior Vice President of Development.

Development Product Types

Barsocchi & Company has the benefit of a fairly broad experience base that features mixed-use master development, Class A office product, high cube industrial buildings and residential land development. This broad background enables us to seek out and act upon a wider band of opportunities than a pure niche player. Our firm is thus positioned to engage in projects across various product segments according to market cycles, and we bring with us knowledge of evolutionary product trends.

Approach

In addition to acquiring and developing properties for its own account, a major component of Barsocchi & Company’s business model is forming joint ventures with land owners (in the role of the vision and implementation partner). We approach development by teaming with firms from the appropriate disciplines that are best suited for the given project. By doing so, Barsocchi is able to assemble development teams with very targeted experience, thereby being postured to deliver the most desirable results. We make use of ˜design charrette” methodology, and incorporate as many sustainable design features as practical into our projects.
