More than 150,000 square feet of office space is now underway at
the mixed-use development in Broomfield

Broomfield, CO (August 2007) – The developers of Arista, Broomfield’s mixed-use, transit oriented development, are pleased to announce the start of office construction within the town center, Arista Place. More than 150,000 square feet of new office space is scheduled for completion by the spring and summer of 2008. The buildings are being listed by Frank Kelley, Doug Bakke and Austin Santesteban of CB Richard Ellis.

The new office buildings include 8001 Arista Place, a six-story, 111,000 square foot office building; 8181 Arista Place, a four-story, 42,000 square foot office building and 8211 Arista Place, a five story, 31,000 square foot office building.
